I live outside the UK – will I be able to play in Horrible Histories world?
We’re sorry but at the moment the Horrible Histories virtual world is only for UK-based residents.
How safe is Horrible Histories World for children?
Our top priority is the safety of children while in the Horrible Histories virtual world. We have put moderation guidelines in place that will ensure their ongoing safety while also encouraging a fun and creative environment.
How old do I have to be to play in the world?
Just so we don’t leave anyone out your great-great-great grandfather Bernard can join, or even your annoying younger sister. The only thing we require is parental approval if you’re under 13. Other than that the world is your oyster … geddit? World? the virtual world? … Ah, never mind!
Will I have to pay to play?
To access the world, play quests, build your avatar, browse the shop and to play limited games it’s free, but if you want all the horrible goodies then you’re going to have to join and become a member.
What can you do in Horrible Histories world?
From launch you will be able to navigate around five worlds. You’ll be able to create an avatar, talk to important people in history, chat to your friends, go on quests, play games, kit out and customise your avatar, build your own personal room and invite friends round and much, much more… Actually a better question is what can’t you do in the virtual world?!
